about us
Wu Wei Wisdom co-founders David James Lees and Alexandra Lees have a passion for holistic health and ancient Taoist philosophy.
They are integrative therapists and expert commentators on emotional health and wellness in the media and press.
Their message is all about Wu Wei (pronounced ‘woo–way’). This Taoist principle of creating balance and harmony is little understood in the West, and they believe it’s the secret to lasting health and happiness in modern life.
David is an ordained Taoist monk, traditional Chinese medicine doctor, emotional and spiritual health teacher and therapist with over 40 years of international practice experience. A former professional footballer and media executive, he first became engrossed by ancient Taoist practices in his teens when meditation helped him overcome a profound stutter.
Alex is a mindset and business coach. Fifteen years ago, she traded in a successful career as a regeneration consultant to follow her passion for people, emotional health and wellness.
Their refreshingly down-to-earth approach attracts a global following of supporters who use their practical advice and no-nonsense techniques to beat stress, anxiety and depression and find their authentic ‘flow’.
In addition to their busy diary of private client work and events, David and Alex produce their popular WuWeiWisdom.TV Channel, which has over 8 MILLION views.
They also run a very active online Wu Wei Wisdom Support Community, with over 8,500 members from all over the world.
